Your First Hamper Butler Experience: What to Expect

Pickup

It all starts with a click! Hit that “Schedule Pickup” button anywhere on our website. You’ll be redirected to our easy-to-use ordering system, powered by Cents.

Choose Your Services and Preferences

Select the services you need, add any special preferences (like detergent type or folding requests), and choose a pickup and delivery window that works for you.

Prepare Your Laundry

For your first order, simply place your laundry in any bag you have on hand – a trash bag, laundry bag, or even a pillowcase will do! Please avoid hampers or boxes.

Leave it Out for Pickup

On your scheduled pickup day, leave your laundry in a safe and accessible location, such as your front porch, doorstep, or apartment building lobby. You can specify the location in your order notes.

Track Your Driver

You’ll receive text notifications along our driver’s route, so you know when to expect your pickup.

We Work Our Magic

Once we collect your laundry, we’ll whisk it away to our clean and professional facility. We’ll carefully sort, inspect, and pre-treat any stains before washing and drying according to your preferences.

Delivery Day Delight

We’ll deliver your freshly laundered clothes, neatly folded and sealed in plastic bags, to the same location where you left them. You’ll receive text notifications when your laundry is on its way.
